Liaison for Platinum was developed to keep customer records in Liaison in-sync with customer records in Platinum. When a company name or address changes in either system, the corresponding fields are automatically updated in the other system. Messenger

Messenger is a Forms-Automation Server that performs the printing, routing, faxing, e-mailing and archiving of all PFW business forms - eliminating the need for preprinted forms. Also included is a built-in forms design tool which allows header and line item information to be added to the entire form or just to individual plys(pages) of the form. Additional functionality includes filtering plies based on criteria you determine and compatibility with both laser and dot-matrix printers.

Messenger is also an automated unattended manager of your aged receivable that can be configured to automatically generate statements based on a given date, monthly interval or triggered upon a customer's aging. Upon triggering on of the predefined events, a Statement of Accounts is either printed, faxed and/or e-mailed automatically to the applicable customer's contact(s). Collector eliminates the need for pre-printed statements.
