Welcome Insights 2007 Friends

This page was developed to introduce R.L. Nelson's Sage staff to those we have met at Insights 2007. It serves to outline the broad range of services that R.L. Nelson and Associates provide to our SagePFW clients.

Aside from Sage's offices in Irvine, CA, R.L. Nelson and Associates, Inc. is one of only two Authorized Training Centers in the United States certified to train in all SagePFW Accounting and Process Manufacturing applications. Our students come from our client base as well as PFW users across the country. We provide training facilities in our office outside of Pittsburgh, PA, as well as travel to users' locations for onsite training.

Our staff provides business services to include business needs analysis, networking reviews, as well as a number of Certified Public Accountants to provide guidance on business strategy and processes.

Our technical staff has amassed over 40 years of PFW Accounting and Process Manufacturing experience. Included in our services are: Visual Basic and Microsoft Access application development; PFW support via onsite, phone, fax, email, and remote PC-to-PC connection; development of new Crystal Reports and modification of existing SagePFW reports; and Implementation and Project Management skills for small and large projects.

We provide Administrative services to ensure effective communication between our clients and Sage Software, Inc. We ensure timely order fulfillment of new applications, user licenses, and Maintenance Plans. Project Management, technical support, and classroom training are coordinated using shared schedules and efficient communications to all our staff.

The staff of R.L. Nelson and Associates, Inc. prides itself not only on customer support, but on customer satisfaction. We listen to our clients, we discuss their options, and we work with them to increase their productivity using SagePFW. The client is always in control of the project, we provide direction and assistance along the way.

The Management of R.L. Nelson and Associates, Inc. actively seeks business relationships with a wide variety of organizations. We have arrangements with other PFW VARs, "third-party" application developers, CPA and Law firms; all for the benefit of our client base. Although our focus is on Process Manufacturing clients, we realize these businesses will have a wide spectrum of requirements in order to be successful. Our business relationships help them achieve that success
